Introduction

Salah Eddine Saadouni

Hello there! My name is Salah Eddine Saadouni, and I’m a 21-year-old visual artist from Fes, Morocco.

I believe that movies are a powerful medium that can help convey emotions and stories in a way that no other art form can,

Ever since I was young, I’ve been captivated by the world of cinema and have always dreamed of pursuing a career in this field.

I’m thrilled to share. As I grew older, I knew that I wanted to be a part of the world of cinema in some way

my passion for visual art with you. Since I was a child, I’ve been drawn to the power of cinema and its ability to transport us to different worlds and perspectives. I spent countless

hours watching films and analyzing their storytelling techniques, captivated by the way that movies could make me feel emotions that I didn’t even know existed.

Creepy Night

So, before earning my degree, I began taking small steps towards my dream by immersing myself in the

world of cinema. I purchased a camera and began filming quick shorts with my friends, trying out different techniques and experimenting with different styles. The process of creating

something from scratch and seeing it come to life on screen was exhilarating, and it gave me a sense of joy that I had never felt before.

Embracing Artistic Passion

Over time, my interest in cinema grew into a full-blown passion. I became obsessed with the technical aspects of filmmaking, such as lighting, sound, and editing, and I spent hours reading

about different techniques and watching tutorials online. As I honed my skills, I began to see how cinema could help me develop my persona and become a more well-rounded person. For me,

cinema was more than just a hobby or a career path; it was a way of life.

Eventually, I decided to enroll in a cinema school in Morocco to pursue my passion more seriously. It was a life-changing decision that gave me the opportunity to learn from experienced

professionals and collaborate with other students who shared my passion for cinema.

I learned a great deal about the art of storytelling and the importance of collaboration, and I gained

valuable experience working on projects that challenged me creatively and technically.

From Cinema to Photography: My Creative Journey

Looking back on my journey, I feel incredibly grateful for the experiences and opportunities that cinema has given me. It has helped me develop my creativity, problem-solving skills, and

empathy, and it has given me a sense of purpose that I never had before. I’m excited to see where my passion for visual art takes me next, and I’m grateful for the chance to share my story with you.

trying out different techniques and experimenting with different styles. Along the way, I also taught myself about filmmaking by taking online courses and attending small workshops.

As I continued to develop my skills, I became increasingly drawn to the world of photography. I love

image. I decided to enter several photography competitions, including The Tican Magazine, CICFF, Cathasise, and International World Photography Awards. My efforts were rewarded when I won

the award for Best Phone Photography, which gave me the confidence to keep pushing forward.
